Trainee - R&DSupport to execute the reaction in the lab, assist in maintain lab records and workplace. Support plant activities during scale-up. Follow safety rules of the factory.Job Description 1. Strict adherence to cGMP norms and safety rules of the company. 2. Support execution of reaction on day-to-day basis and support to seniors and plant. 3. Support interpretation of analytical results to arrive at the conclusion of the experiments. 4. Responsible for supporting handling / maintenance of lab equipment. 5. Responsible for supporting complete documentation of reaction and reaction associated therewith. 6. To ensure calibration of lab equipment. 7. Intellectual contribution and support towards new ideas pertaining to the reaction and project. 8. To be a part of the team and support successful and timely execution of projects. 9. Adherence to GLP practices. 10. To collaborate with cross-functional teams wherever required and provide necessary support. 11. To prepare weekly update and final reports. Essential Qualification - M.Sc - Chemistry / Organic Chemistry with 0-1 years Synthesis Lab experience is preferred
