The training will involve a combination of client interactions, lessons on physiology, evidence-based psychology, usage of technology and review of case studies.

The training and internship will be demanding, may involve late hours, and will require you to do proper documentaton of your work. This role is not suitable for anyone who are looking for a set timetable, fixed work schedule or routine work. Therefore, we request you to apply only if you like challenging work, want to have real experience with the troops, and have a genuine curiosity about how tech is changing the mental health landscape.

Qualification: MSc - Clinical Psychology (2024-2026 batch)

This program is most suited for exceptional Master's students in Psychology (Clinical, Applied, Neuropsychological preferred) who want to bridge academic knowledge with real-world clinical practice and AI-driven innovations in mental health.

This program equips you with hands-on skills, supervised experience, and the opportunity to become a Xaant Certified Professional (worth ₹1.5 Lakhs) at no cost. Top performers get a chance to be absorbed into the company post-training.

What You'll Gain:

Hands-on Training under expert supervision in:

• X-NAT (Xaant Neuropsychological Assessment Technology): administering and scoring our proprietary psychometric tool
• Xaant AI platform: interpreting AI-generated psychological reports and insights
• Flagging at-risk cases: identifying serious concerns and escalating to senior psychologists

Core clinical skills you will practice :

• Psychological assessments & case history formulation
• Report writing & interpretation
• Mental Status Examination (MSE)
• Working with actual clients in real-world settings

Work Modes: Onsite. Your food and accomodation will be taken care of along with the troops. Travel & official conveyance from New Delhi to your base locations is provided.
