Job Description

Understanding Processes: Learn about the production processes, machinery, and equipment used in manufacturing.

Safety Protocols: Get acquainted with safety standards and procedures in the production environment.

Technical Training: Receive training on technical aspects such as machine operations, process optimization, and quality control.

Assisting Senior Engineers: Work under the supervision of senior engineers to assist with production tasks, which may include setting up machinery, monitoring operations, and troubleshooting issues.

Documentation: Help in maintaining production logs, preparing reports, and documenting any deviations from standard operating procedures.

Process Monitoring: Monitor the production process to ensure it meets the required specifications and standards.

Inspection and Testing: Assist in inspecting and testing products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Defect Analysis: Help identify defects in the production process and suggest improvements.
