Trainee Operators

The Trainee Operator will assist in day-to-day operations under supervision, learning and developing skills in welding, grinding, and general plant operations. Both experienced and fresh candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support operations under supervision and follow safety protocols.
• Assist in welding, grinding, and other operational tasks as required.
• Learn on-the-job skills and processes to progress to an independent operator role.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area.
• Adhere to company policies and workplace safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI (C.O.E.), 12th pass, or Graduate.
• Age between 1828 years.
• Both experienced and fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
