They are seeking enthusiastic candidates who are interested in starting their career in the manufacturing sector. This role offers hands-on experience in machine operations, production processes, quality checks, and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and monitoring production machines and equipment.

 • Learn and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

 • Load and unload materials for production processes.

 • Perform basic quality checks on finished products.

 • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

 • Report machine issues or production abnormalities to supervisors.

 • Support routine maintenance and production activities.

 • Accurately record production and operational data.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: 0–1 year in Manufacturing, Production, or related environments.

 • Freshers are encouraged to apply.

 • Qualification: 10th Pass / ITI / Diploma / B.Tech.

 • Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

 • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow operational procedures.

 • Willingness to learn and adapt to production processes.
