Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Trainee Officers Fresher MFG & PKG (OSD) at Hab Pharmaceuticals & Research Ltd., located in Dehradun. In this role, trainees will participate in manufacturing and packaging operations, adhere to GMP and SOP guidelines, ensure quality compliance, monitor production processes, and assist in troubleshooting production or packaging-related challenges. The role also involves maintaining documentation for regulatory and internal audits while coordinating with quality assurance teams.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines, SOP adherence, and quality compliance
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and packaging processes, especially in the pharmaceutical or OSD segment
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills in process monitoring
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site team setting
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
