- Assist in laboratory activities and experiments under the guidance of senior team members.
- Follow cGMP, GLP, laboratory safety and company procedures at all times.
- Prepare, handle, and maintain chemicals, reagents, samples and laboratory materials as per procedures.
- Record observations, experimental data and laboratory activities accurately in approved formats.
- Support sample preparation, testing, analysis and documentation activities.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage and handling of chemicals, standards, and samples.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory work areas and equipment.
- Assist in operation and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment under supervision.
- Coordinate effectively with team members and other departments for timely completion of assigned work.
- Report any abnormal observations, safety concerns, or deviations to the reporting supervisor.
- Adhere to data integrity, quality and compliance requirements.
- Continuously learn laboratory techniques, pharmaceutical processes and industry best practices.
