Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative
Ad Operations Trainee to join our performance marketing team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about digital marketing, paid media, and content creation, and are eager to build a career in the affiliate/performance marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Write clear, engaging, and conversion-driven ad copies, captions, and email creatives
- Support execution of paid media campaigns and basic campaign setup
- Manage and monitor basic activities across Instagram and Meta platforms
- Conduct research on social media trends, ad formats, and emerging tools
- Use tools like ChatGPT and other AI platforms to generate content ideas
- Assist in campaign reporting, tracking performance, and identifying improvement areas
- Maintain campaign documentation and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and optimization
Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing concepts
Understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
Familiarity with MS Excel (basic level)
Strong written communication skills for content and ad copy creation
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative
