Trainee Material Engineer

• Selection of material for design projects (material selection for Injection molding, Die Casting & Sheet metal operations, glass parts)
• Preparation of material comparison reports.
• Responsible for material data Management.
• Responsible for material testing including accelerated testing for packaging.
• Responsible for material coordination with CFT, supplier & vendor.
• Responsible for Paint, Coating, adhesives processes on injection molded parts.
• Selection of electronic packaging material.

Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of selection of injection moulded plastic materials.
• Knowledge of material testing.
• Knowledge of Injection moulding process
• Knowledge of polymer processing techniques
• Knowledge of Injection moulding part design
• Knowledge of residual stress, shear rate, Tg, properties & there characterization.
• Knowledge of Creep, high cycle fatigue, brittle fracture, warpage, thermal expansion, interfacial deadhesion.
• Knowledge of the A- Surface technology (IML/IMD, Paintings, Lasering, Chrome Plating etc.)
• Fluent English language Skills
