Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining financial records and accounting entries.
- Support invoice processing, bill verification, and documentation.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Support payroll processing, taxation, and statutory compliance tasks.
- Assist in reconciliation and preparation of basic financial reports.
- Assist in audit data validation, sample checks, and responding to audit queries.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation as per statutory, audit, and internal guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate financial and audit-related data.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong foundation in accounting and finance concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial tools.
- Good analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and willingness to learn.
Educational Qualification Required
- Graduate: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
- Post Graduate: Master of Business Administration (MBA Finance).
