Starting stipend is Rs 12k/month with potential for performance bonus after the training period. This role can grow into regular employment after the training depending on the performance.

True Organics, a subsidiary of Right Infotech Solutions Pvt Ltd and launching a new business in Organic Sweets & Snacks category. We are based in Gurgaon, Sector 51.

Responsibilities
Assist with and manage end-to-end production to shipping: procurement, processing, packaging, and shipping of the sweets and snacks products
Assist with and manage organic certifications and record keeping
Design and create online marketing material, including posters, banners, online stories and posts
Manage online and offline sales and marketing including preparing the marketing and sales material
Enhance and manage the company's website
Manage marketing on various social media outlets – facebook, instagram, linkedin and others
Assist and manage the stalls at malls and farmers markets on weekends/early mornings/evenings
Assist and manage food processing
Assist and manage office and food processing facility
Any other tasks that come up – we are a startup company
Qualifications
Freshers with food processing/technology degrees
Proficiency in English and Hindi writing and speaking
Persons with leadership and self-driving capabilities will be successful in this role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in design tools
Proficiency or ability to learn quickly Google docs, google spreadsheet or Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to multi-task, organise, prioritise, and lead the work
