Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a fresher or entry-level candidate who is proactive, eager to learn, and willing to work in the night shift. This role involves supporting HR activities and business operations while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment activities like job postings, screening, and interview coordination
  • Support onboarding and maintain employee records
  • Help with day-to-day HR operations and coordination tasks
  • Assist in payroll inputs and basic documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
  • Support employee engagement activities
  • Help in preparing reports and maintaining data
  • Assist in client communication and coordination (as required)

Key Requirements:
  • Any graduate (HR/Business Administration preferred)
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
  • Willingness to work in night shift
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
