Job Description

The Trainee/Erector is responsible for assisting in the installation and erection of structural components, machinery, or fabricated systems on-site. This is an entry-level role suitable for individuals interested in developing a career in construction, mechanical installation, or steel erection. The position offers on-the-job training with a focus on safety, quality, and technical skills.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist senior erectors and technicians in the installation of lifts/elevators
• Learn to handle and assemble elevator components such as rails, cabins, doors, motors controllers
• Use appropriate tools, machines, and safety equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines strictly to ensure a hazard-free work environment on-site
• Maintain basic site records, checklists, and installation progress reports
• be willing to travel to various project sites as required,
