Trainee Design Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Design Engineer for a full-time position in our engineering team. This hybrid role is based in Mani Majra with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, technical drawing creation, design verification, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and developing innovative design solutions, ensuring all project deliverables meet quality, safety, and performance standards.

• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools
• Ability to read and create technical drawings with attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of engineering standards, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field
• Familiarity with industry-specific certifications (e.g. AS9100D) is a plus
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
