This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad for the role of Trainee / Customer Service Executive (CSE) - Data Process - US Healthcare. Responsibilities will include processing data and providing prompt support to ensure accurate and efficient healthcare solutions. The role involves handling operational tasks within the US healthcare domain and ensuring all assigned activities meet quality and compliance standards.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in accurate data processing and maintaining data integrity
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising within the team and other departments
• Familiarity with US healthcare processes and terminology is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
• A graduate degree in any discipline; candidates from a science or healthcare background preferred
• Basic computer literacy; knowledge of MS Office tools
