Job Title: Trainee Corporate Recruiter

Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Location: Vadodara

Job Description:

• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews with the hiring team.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and administrative activities.

Requirement:

• Graduate, human resources, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Great Communication Skills
