Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Trainee - Compliance role based in Chennai. As a Trainee in Compliance, the candidate will assist in ensuring adherence to regulatory and legal standards, monitor compliance activities, and document processes. The role involves analyzing reports, reviewing compliance requirements, and supporting the development of policies and procedures. The trainee will work closely with the compliance team to align organizational practices with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance
• Proficient Analytical Skills to identify gaps and provide solutions
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate and work independently under supervision
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Law, or Healthcare Administration
• Exposure to healthcare industry processes or compliance is a plus
• Experience 0 - 1 year
