Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to join our team in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase III, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, help manage relationships, coordinate campaign execution, and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations. This is a junior-to-mid level role suited for candidates with 12 years of experience in digital marketing, B2B marketing, account management or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; act as their main point of contact for ongoing campaigns.
- Understand clients business goals, campaigns (ads, content, events) and ensure timely delivery of services as per the agreed scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams (advertising, content, events) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, events and deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance, gather data and prepare regular reports for clients (lead generation metrics, ad performance, event attendance, content reach, etc.).
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services (e.g. new campaigns, content, events) to existing clients.
- Ensure high client satisfaction by addressing client queries, feedback, and resolving issues promptly.
- Support onboarding of new clients: help gather requirements, brief internal teams, and manage client expectations.
- Maintain proper documentation: client briefs, campaign plans, timelines, feedback records, and post-campaign reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in account management, client servicing, digital marketing, or B2B marketing (preferable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts advertising, content marketing, events/webinars, lead generation.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities; ability to manage multiple clients/campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset comfortable with numbers, data interpretation, reporting and performance tracking.
- Client-oriented attitude: proactive, attentive, responsive to feedback and committed to delivering quality service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain clear communication.
- Time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines consistently.
