About the Opportunity

We are inviting highly motivated and academically outstanding candidates to join our Research & Faculty Development Program. This is a unique opportunity for aspiring Academicians and Researchers to undergo intensive Training and Research exposure while preparing for a successful career in Higher education and Academic Research.

Selected candidates would work on Research projects under expert mentorship and receive structured Training in Research methodologies, Academic practices, Teaching pedagogy, Publication processes and Project development.

Upon successful completion of the Program, candidates would be considered for appointment as Research Associate/Assistant Professor, subject to satisfactory performance, Institutional requirements and Evaluation criteria.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:

• Law - LL.M.
• Management - MBA
• M.Tech in Computer Science or related disciplines
• M.Sc. in Data Analytics or related disciplines
• Ph.D. in Computer Science or related disciplines
• NET/SET qualification will be considered an added advantage.

Academic Requirements:

• Minimum 70% marks (or equivalent CGPA) throughout academics (10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post Graduation)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Training & Career Path:

• The candidates have to undergo a minimum of 6-month Training and Research program.
• Post completion of training, candidates would be required to appear for a comprehensive Assessment.
• Candidates who successfully complete the Program and qualify in the Assessment would be absorbed as Researchers & Assistant Professors at Brainware University, based on Performance and Organizational requirements.
• Minimum Service Commitment - Candidates who qualify for and accept appointment to the position of Assistant Professor would be required to enter into a formal Service agreement (Bond) with Brainware University, undertaking to serve the University for a minimum period of three years, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the agreement.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Consolidated Salary: ₹30,000 per month (during the Training period)
• For Ph.D. candidates, compensation will be offered as per applicable institutional norms.
• Working Days: 6 days a week
