Key Responsibilities
- Conduct power quality studies to assess and improve the quality of power.
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of IGBT-based Power converters.
- Perform system studies and single-line diagram analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive study reports for documentation.
- Address customer issues through periodic visits, ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
- Carry out Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services to maintain product performance.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer complaints to maintain a high level of service quality.
