Trainee Account Executive

Role Description

• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and provide invoices, payments, account statements, and resolve related queries.
• Reconcile customer ledgers and identify account discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and ensure all transactions are updated promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Accounts, and Operations, to ensure smooth order processing and payment follow-ups.
• Support day-to-day accounts receivable operations and adhere to company processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, ledger reconciliation, and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and other basic computer applications for record management.
• Well-organized with excellent follow-up, coordination, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Must be located in New Delhi.

Education

Any Graduate, B.Com in Any Specialization(preferred).

Experience

1-4 years ( fresher with exceptional skills also preferred)
