C2C Consultant LLP is developing a Student Evaluation Matrix Card designed to evaluate students systematically from their first year of college and identify their strengths, development areas, interests, career orientation and entrepreneurial potential.

The objective is to help students discover their strengths, nurture their passion, identify suitable career pathways, explore startup ideas and understand their potential corporate fit.

We Are Looking for

Psychology – Final-Year Students

3-Month Internship Programme

What You Will Work On

Selected interns will be involved in:

Student assessment and evaluation activities
Supporting the development and implementation of the C2C Student Evaluation Matrix
Understanding student strengths, interests and development areas
Assisting with behavioural and psychological assessment processes
Supporting structured student interactions and observations
Data recording, analysis and documentation
Assisting the C2C team in preparing student evaluation reports
Contributing to a new Industry–Academia–Student development initiative
