Role Description The Traffic Incharge role at GoBOLT is a full-time, on-site position based in Prayagraj. The Traffic Incharge is responsible for planning and monitoring daily vehicle movements, coordinating dispatch and routing to ensure timely deliveries, and managing driver schedules in line with operational requirements. This role oversees fleet utilization, checks trip status throughout the day, and resolves on-ground issues related to routes, delays, and breakdowns. The Traffic Incharge works closely with operations, vendors, and drivers to maintain accurate transport records, support compliance with safety and company policies, and provide status updates to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

  • Strong operational and coordination skills, including route planning, dispatch management, and fleet utilization.
  • Ability to use logistics or fleet management systems, spreadsheets, and basic digital tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capability to make quick decisions in time-sensitive situations.
  • Understanding of road transport regulations, safety practices, and documentation related to trucking operations.
  • Prior experience in transport, logistics, or traffic control roles is preferred.
  • Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in on-site operational environments and manage rotational or extended hours as required by logistics operations.
