Traffic Engineer

We are hiring 2 Traffic Engineers for our Pune office.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate trip and parking generation using the appropriate local, regional and international manuals.
• Review and assess collected traffic data.
• Analyse traffic and parking surveys.
• Contribute to accessibility strategies, circulation plans and parking layouts.
• Take part in strategic modelling.
• Build Synchro, SIDRA, HCS and VISSIM models for traffic analysis.
• Complete junction and corridor traffic analysis.
• Write the traffic analysis sections of reports for review.
• Support presentations to clients and authorities.
• Coordinate with authorities to move approvals forward.
• Work closely with project teams to deliver projects successfully.

Qualifications & experience

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of traffic engineering experience.
• Additional related diplomas, certificates or training are an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• An enthusiastic, committed attitude to work and task completion.
• Understanding of local authority requirements and guidelines.
• Accurate technical assumptions, calculations and results.
