As a Trading Services Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in the execution and processing of trade orders, ensuring the smooth operation of our trading and portfolio management businesses. Your work will have a significant impact within your team, contributing to the overall performance of our trading services. Your responsibilities span from supporting order execution to settlement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all trade activities. You will leverage your developing knowledge of market products and automation technologies to optimize our operating platform. Job responsibilities
- Resolve escalations promptly from traders, clients, and brokers.
- Ensure efficient and controlled business activities by reviewing and implementing processes, systems, and procedures.
- Manage daily activities including trade clearing, position and expiry management, and resolution of trade breaks and client queries.
- Utilize our data platform to gain insights into operational challenges and drive process efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve operational issues, conducting productive meetings with global teams and ensuring accountability.
- Facilitate training on new applications.
- Support UAT testing, system releases, technology enhancements, and facilitate changes in CCP.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Previous experience in Futures & Options preferred, with familiarity in low code innovation tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau, etc.
- BA or BS degree preferred.
- Curiosity and ability to see beyond immediate areas, connecting insights with tight deadlines.
- Emotional intelligence and effective relationship-building skills across partner teams
