As a Trading Services Associate I within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of trade activities, from order entry to settlement. While still developing, your expertise in market products and understanding of automation technologies will be instrumental in optimizing our trading services. You will be expected to leverage your proficiency in change management and continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency and resilience of our operating platform Your role will also allow you to keep developing your relationships with internal stakeholders, presenting insights to senior management, and driving process improvements. Your decisions will contribute and impact on short-term team and department goals, and you will often guide others in their work activities, contributing to the overall success of our trading services.

Job responsibilities
  • Working knowledge on Stock Settlement, Securities Lending, Agency Lending, Pre-matching, stock fails management
  • Deliver solutions aligned with client and firm priorities
  • Drive team performance and sustain high standards
  • Build and enable a high-performing team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Graduate with Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Provide hands-on leadership to Agency Lending Trade Management/Settlements team
  • Apply knowledge of trade life cycle and settlements
  • Ensure daily operations meet key operational parameters
  • Align priorities with business strategy
  • Communicate and influence upstream and partner behavior

  • Experienced Manager working in stock/shares settlement process, expected to perform core BAU

  • Flexible with EMEA shift

  • Demonstrate knowledge of trade life cycle and settlements
  • Exhibit leadership skills to motivate teams across geographies
