Job: Trading Operations Specialist (Options – India/US Derivatives Market - 1 position each)

Ø Description:- We are looking for a Trading Operations Specialists

You are passionate about Derivatives, have deep understanding of Options and have at least 2 years of live market experience in the Derivatives Markets especially in Options. You will monitor, track, reconcile live trades and champion execution excellence in an environment powered with cutting-edge systems that blend AI, big data, and real-time market intelligence.

Ø Location: Thane, Maharashtra | Mode: On-Site/Hybrid (3+2)

Ø Hiring separately for India shift and US market shift

Ø Qualifications & Experience:

·        Entry Level:- 1 - 3 years experience in a trading set-up

·        Quantitative background:- Academic degree in Finance, Technology and Data Analytics is preferred

·        Derivatives & Options:- Experience in trading options for at least a couple of years (understanding of option Greeks is preferred)

·        Understanding of Python/ Basic programming skills is a plus

·        NISM XV analyst certification (or planning)

Ø What You'll Do:

·        Monitor real-time trade positions and adjustment execution in Hedgium's prop accounts. Manage positions across multiple accounts using smart dashboards.

·        Monitor real-time performance on issued client trades including triggering risk-management adjustments

·        Execute/ trigger timely adjustments to positions

·        P&L substantiation, reconciliation and EoD reporting to management. Collate daily data from individual accounts and generate account P&L reports.

·        Maintain multi-period trade data in a robust database. Build, manage and evolve these systems over time.

·        Collaborate with traders for continuous process improvement.
