Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Options Trading Mentor to train and guide learners in options trading strategies and stock market concepts. The ideal candidate should have practical trading experience and the ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners and intermediate learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on options trading and derivatives
- Provide live market insights and practical trading examples
- Develop training materials, and learning resources
- Mentor students and address queries
- Stay updated with current market trends and strategies
Requirements:
- SEBI Registered (Mandatory)
- NISM Certification (Mandatory):NISM Series V-A OR
- NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) OR
- NISM Series XV (Research Analyst)
- Practical experience in Options Trading (Minimum 2–3 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of derivatives and technical analysis
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Hindi and Bengali (Preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience conducting workshops/webinars
- Familiarity with trading platforms (Zerodha, Upstox, etc.)
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
