About Us
We are a fast-growing proprietary trading firm in the futures & CFD trading space. We are seeking talented full-time Trader Support Specialists to assist our traders, mainly during US/EST time zones.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our traders and customers, managing interactions from start to resolution via live chat and email.
- Accurately identify, assess, and resolve a wide range of inquiries, from general account questions to more complex technical or operational issues involving trading platforms, data feeds, and execution.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams (Operations, Technology, etc.) when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Actively contribute to our internal knowledge base to enhance trader self-service and improve workflow efficiency.
- Support team goals by maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT), strong quality assurance, and fast response times.
Requirements
- Native/fluent English.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or operationsin a trading firm (broker, prop firm, platform)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Intercom) and customer support software.
- Willingness and flexibility to work US/EST time zone hours.
- Strong familiarity with, or genuine interest in, prop trading, FX, or futures trading.
- Prior experience with trading platforms such as Rithmic, Volumetrica, MatchTrader, etc.
- Good understanding of trading concepts and financial products (futures, FX, etc.).
