Job Title: Quantitative Trader – HFT/MFT

Location: Gurugram (Onsite)

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and execute systematic trading strategies across asset classes to deliver consistent profitability.

Actively manage and optimize trading capital, having a scalable strategy with exposure of 20 Cr+ margins, ensuring efficient risk-adjusted returns with a higher Sharpe ratio and lower maximum drawdown.

Monitor and analyze market microstructure, continuously adapting strategies to evolving market conditions.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance strategy development, while maintaining a high level of autonomy.

Leverage statistical, mathematical, and algorithmic tools to improve execution and performance outcomes.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on trading experience with a proven, profitable track record.

Domain experience in Indian/Global markets (F&O, HFT/MFT trading) is a must.

Experience in managing significant trading books/margins.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

Deep understanding of market microstructure, risk management, and trading systems.

Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and able to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
