Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trademarks Associate, based in the firm's Gurugram office. The responsibilities include managing trademark prosecution and enforcement, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting thorough research, providing legal advice on trademark-related issues, and supporting clients with IP rights protection strategies. Timely communication with clients and coordination with relevant authorities will also form an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in areas of law, specifically Intellectual Property and Trademark laws.
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and addressing Legal Issues related to trademarks.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate complex cases and provide effective legal solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and detailed legal argumentation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification (required).
• 3 years Experience in Intellectual Property or Trademark law will be considered a significant advantage.
