Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct trademark clearance searches and risk assessments, assess registrability, availability and infringement risks, and provide practical risk mitigation solutions.
  2. Manage global trademark and copyright registrations, including filing, prosecution, portfolio maintenance, and related actions such as cancellation, opposition, invalidation, and coexistence negotiations involving prior rights.
  3. Handle brand protection and anti-counterfeiting matters, including enforcement through e-commerce platforms, customs, administrative actions, litigation, and counterfeit source tracing.
  4. Provide professional advice to product, marketing and business teams on trademark and copyright matters, and conduct regular IP training for internal stakeholders.

Requirement

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in law or a related discipline, with 3–5 years of IP-related work experience. Trademark enforcement experience is required
  2. At least 3 years of international trademark experience, with the ability to independently conduct trademark registrability analysis, availability assessment and infringement analysis
  3. Experience in consumer electronics, technology products, cross-border e-commerce or consumer brands is preferred
  4. Fluent English communication skills, including the ability to participate in English meetings, review legal documents and communicate with global teams
  5. Experience in managing external counsel and coordinating trademark matters across multiple jurisdictions is preferred
