Role Description
This is a remote role for a Trademark Attorney. The candidate will be responsible for managing trademark portfolios, conducting trademark clearance searches, handling domain name disputes, and providing legal advice on intellectual property rights. Other responsibilities include drafting and filing trademark applications, managing trademark prosecution, and advising on compliance with trademark and patent laws.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Trademark Law, Patent Law, and general intellectual property laws
- Experience in handling Trademarks and Domain Name disputes
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Qualified attorney with a license to practice law
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of international trademark processes is a plus
