We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Trade/Reconciliation/Settlement/Confirmation specialist. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, focusing on trade processing and reconciliation, ensuring that all transactions are accurately executed and settled.
Responsibilities
- Process and confirm trade transactions in a timely manner.
- Reconcile discrepancies between trade data and reports from counterparties.
- Ensure accurate settlement of trades and manage cash flows accordingly.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trade activity.
- Communicate with internal teams and external parties to resolve trade issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconciliations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
