Summary of MDC Role Responsibilities
The MDC role focuses on collaboration, execution, data management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to meet monthly and annual business objectives.
Work on setting monthly targets for FMO, brands, contests and share them with the team on time.
Execute endtoend, including target setting, store performance reviews, team follow-ups, and preparing upload formats.
Complete execution covering target verification, outlet enrollment/performance, redemptions, and coordinating DB claims with finance.
Allocate brand QPDS budgets and validate monthly spends across FMO, Quaker QPDS, and salty claims. Collaborate with BU and finance teams for IO creation and clearing claims.
Plan, allocate, and execute deployment of assets like racks, hangers, POSM. Coordinate with BU, supply chain, and CFA teams, ensuring approvals and billing.
Endtoend handling of vendor onboarding, rate negotiation, PO issuance, delivery follow-up, bill submission, and payment coordination (with IBM & Finance).
Build and update quarterly competition rate & pricing tracker through market visits and accurate data collection.
Daily tracking of premium, NPD, and focus brand performance with the team.
Share critical business trackers with the unit team on time.
