Job Description Trade Marketing Specialist
Primary Purpose of Role:
Responsible to plan and execute promotional campaign as per the channel visibility strategy. Also be responsible to partner with sales team to support brand activation and manage key account
relationships
Responsibilities:
Plan & execute promotional campaigns as per the channel visibility strategy:
o On-Ground Execution of the Channel development programs
o Inventory Management for running promotions and campaigns
o Asset Management
Lead Channel merchandisers to Ensure execution of the accounts as per the template
Partner with the Sales team to understand the requirement and support in Brand activation
Manage operational relationship with key contacts
Ensure right account identification for experiential focused sales approach as per the consumer
engagement strategy:
o Activation of consumer engagement promotions Brand Programs & Tactical promotions
o Activation of sponsorships, events & night life
Negotiate with vendors for the purpose of promotional activities, events and brad activation
merchandise of high quality
Track & draw insights from promotional based sales trends and plug gaps wherever required:
o Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
o Pre-During-Post analysis of consumer promotions

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Education level and/ or experience
MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed B school
2-3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing- preferably FMCG Industry
Skills and/or knowledge
Strong analytical skills, ability to find insights and propose relevant recommendations
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills
The ability to prioritize and strong organization skills
The ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External)
Change Management flexible & prepared to adapt to meet changing requirements, committed
to continuous improvement

Mobility: Willing to relocate for business requirement across regions
