Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trade Marketing Executive in Delhi. The role involves developing and executing trade marketing plans, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals, analyzing market trends and customer insights, and efficiently managing trade promotion budgets. The Executive will also work closely with distributors and retailers to drive brand visibility across multiple retail channels and ensure the success of campaigns and promotions.

* Strong exposure to FMCG trade marketing.
* Develop and execute regional trade marketing plans aligned with Head Office.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Work closely with Regional Sales Teams to ensure flawless execution and performance tracking.
* Collaborate with distributors and retailers to ensure required marketing support.
* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and visibility strategies.
* Drive participation in local exhibitions, trade fairs, and regional events.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Willingness to travel extensively across the North Region.
* Strong vendor coordination and execution management skills.
* Ability to work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
* Conceptualize and implement BTL activities, in store promotions, POSM deployments, and consumer engagement programs.
* Ensure optimal product placement, merchandising standards, and visibility across GT, MT, and franchise outlets.
* 1 to 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing within FMCG.
* Prior exposure to the North India market preferred.
