Job Description

Begin your career at JPMorganChase where you will support the management of cash movements and funding for demand deposit accounts. Your role will be essential in assisting with trade processing across various asset classes, while your developing problem-solving skills will contribute to operational efficiency and innovation.

As a Trade Lifecycle Specialist III within JPMorganChase, you will assist in handling tasks related to cash movements in and out of client accounts and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts. Your contributions will support your team in ensuring trades are processed on respective platforms across all asset classes. You will gain experience in a variety of work processes, applying foundational knowledge of policies and procedures to address routine problems. Your role will involve working on assignments with guidance, requiring you to apply problem-solving techniques and support process improvements. Your ability to actively listen, assist internal stakeholders, and contribute to presentations will be key to your growth in this role.

Job responsibilities
  • Demonstrate understanding and working experience on TLM / TLM Premium.
  • Demonstrate understanding and working experience on the data validation controls (Feed Validation, Out of Proof checks, Static and Feed Maintenance).
  • Publish metrics, dashboards, and other reporting documents as per requirements.
  • Analyze breaks and exceptions, and provide analytical reasoning, accounting, and other relevant details to the hubs or resolver groups.
  • Ensure that SOPs are up to date and trainings are in sync with the SOP.
  • Apply understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial Instruments (Mutual Fund, Equity, etc.).

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Fresher or 3 years of control admin experience with Bachelor's degree required

  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel

  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business logic

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in working / knowledge of any automations tools such as BOTs, Alteryx etc
