As a Trade Lifecycle Associate I within JPMorganChase, you will be supporting US Private bank Fees and Billing function that consistently strives to meet increasingly complex client and industry demands. This is a unique opportunity to understand Asset Management and Wealth Management business, while applying your skillsets and experience to add value to the team and the process. You will be accountable for achieving key service metrics, meeting and exceeding productivity goals, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, managing and implementing ongoing improvement initiatives, while maintaining adherence to risk and controls guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set-up and re-price new Fee Schedules
- Account Closures and Waivers
- Participate in discussions related to controls and responsible for running Control Reports
- Maintaining fee documents and procedures
- Producing MIS and trend analysis
- Answering Front-office queries across WHEM region in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconciling various books to ensure accurate accounting
- Testing effort during projects and discussions
- Participate in SOX testing, if required, and ensuring compliance with procedures
- Contribute during ideation to achieve capacity related targets set for the year
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Experience with query and stakeholder management, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency with basic Microsoft tools such as excel, Strong analytical skills, methodical and able to scrutinize the details
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Flexible to work during evening shifts (5.30pm - 2.30am or 6.30pm - 3.30am)
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Minimum 6 years of working experience with fees, billing or an individual with a general understanding of fees and billing mechanism will be preferred
- Leverages data and digital skills to create new insights and deliver well designed outcomes.
- Applies innovation and design thinking techniques to continually challenge and improve the efficiency, scale, and resilience of our operating processes
- Knowledge of IA, AI and LLM tools with ability to analyze tool fitment will be preferred.
