Job Description
Incumbent will be part of IMOS Trade Services Operations and will be responsible for resolving trade exceptions, ensuring flawless process execution,
completing change management activities, and recommending process improvements. The candidate should have strong knowledge and experience across the securities trade lifecycle (Equities, Fixed Income, etc.). Familiarity with the trade lifecycle for ETD, OTC, FX or Bank Loans instruments is an advantage.
- Manage all trade exceptions end-to-end, driving them to closure.
- Deliver best-in-class BAU execution; publish weekly KPIs/KRIs, analyze deviations from targets, and ensure follow-up on all aging items.
- Partner with associates to maintain regular communication with partner locations.
- Play a key role in audit reviews and control checks.
- Assist with preparing and implementing Business Continuity Plans.
- Perform process research and investigations using the appropriate operational systems.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits.
- This role requires working the North America (NA) / US shift.
