Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Finance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the trade finance sector, with a focus on export factoring. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growth by identifying and engaging with exporters, promoting our trade finance products, and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the export industry.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with exporters, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored trade finance solutions.

Product Knowledge:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of trade finance products, particularly export factoring.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and features of our trade finance offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting trade finance.

Client Acquisition:

  • Generate leads and convert them into clients for export factoring services.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the trade finance sector.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on market trends to the management team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the trade finance industry.
  • Familiarity with trade finance products, especially export factoring.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and financial instruments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
