As a Senior Associate within the Trade Analytics & Insights team, you transform data into business intelligence that enables informed, timely decisions. You partner with stakeholders across functions to define requirements, build pipelines, and deliver highimpact dashboards and analytics. You drive projects endtoend-from scoping and prioritization to development, quality, and adoption.
You can expect to wear many hats, including product management, stakeholder management, Alteryx development, Tableau development, and Python development.You will work as both an individual contributor, and to project manage other members of the team to achieve the end goal. The mission of the Trade Analytics & Insights Team to enable data driven decision making for users across several departments and levels of seniority. Signature products of the team include business intelligence dashboards across investment products, AI enabled investments commentary, personalized investment ideas for clients, execution optimization, and several others.
Job Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
7+ years of overall experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Tableau, and Python, including the ability to design, build, and optimize data workflows, dashboards, etc.
1+ years of experience in product management, particularly focused on developing and managing data pipelines and dashboard solutions
Proven ability to lead data projects through all phases, including data sourcing, transformation, cleaning, and visualization, ensuring high data quality and actionable insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex business challenges and develop innovative, data-driven solutions.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear, concise messages for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, data storytelling skills
A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
