Position: Track Lead – Global T&E, P2P & Finance Systems
1) Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Serve as the global process owner & SME for Travel & Expense (T&E) and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P).
- Define and execute the finance technology roadmap, focusing on SAP Concur optimization, BI maturity, automation, and integrated financial ecosystems.
- Establish global governance, policies, and internal controls for expense management to ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Finance, IT, HR, Procurement, and Operations to streamline processes and elevate system capabilities.
- Provide thought leadership on digital transformation and continuous improvement.
2) SAP Concur Platform Ownership & Optimization
- Own administration, configuration, release management, and enhancements across SAP Concur (Expense, Invoice, Request).
- Manage expense profiles, approval workflows, audit rules, corporate card programs, and system controls.
- Ensure data accuracy and platform integrity, acting as the final escalation point for complex system/policy issues.
- Evaluate and implement new features and best practices to improve user experience, compliance, and control.
3) Cognos Reporting & Business Intelligence Leadership
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced, automated dashboards and reports in IBM Cognos Analytics.
- Deliver insights across spend analysis, policy compliance, vendor performance, departmental KPIs, and budget vs. actuals.
- Enable self‑service BI for finance and business leaders; champion data literacy and adoption.
- Manage the Cognos environment including security, metadata modeling, and performance tuning.
4) Integration & Financial Systems (FI) Expertise
- Oversee robust integrations between SAP Concur, core Financial Accounting systems (SAP S/4HANA FI, Oracle, NetSuite), and enterprise platforms (HRIS, CRM, Procurement).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across GL postings, cost centers, vendor master, projects, and payment flows.
- Partner with IT on middleware (SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) to ensure resilient, scalable data flows.
- Safeguard end‑to‑end data integrity from source (Concur) to the general ledger.
5) Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead and mentor a global team across expense operations, systems, and reporting.
- Build training programs and communications to enhance end‑user capability on Concur and Cognos.
- Act as a strategic business partner to Finance leadership with insights on spend and system performance.
- Manage vendor relationships (SAP Concur, IBM, implementation partners) to drive value and innovation.
