Job Title: Transaction Processing Officer

Location: Mph-Cybercity Tower 4, Pune, IN

Job Summary:

The Transaction Processing Officer will play a crucial role in managing and executing transaction processes within the insurance domain. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of insurance operations and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of transactions, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the transaction processing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage daily transaction processing activities in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Analyze transaction data to ensure accuracy and compliance with insurance regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve transaction discrepancies and improve processing workflows.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of transaction processes and ensure all records are up-to-date.
  • Monitor transaction performance metrics and report on key performance indicators to management.
  • Provide support and training to junior team members on transaction processing best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting transaction processing in the insurance sector.

Mandatory Skills:

Qualifications:
