Role: Team Member Telecom Basic Excel
Responsibility
- Average communication skills
- Should be good in both written & verbal communication; must be able to understand & comprehend English
- Should possess basis analytical-reasoning skills
- Must have basic knowledge on MS office
- Good keyboard skills needs to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and needs to be able to type with speed and accuracy.
- Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs
- 25wpm typing speed with 80% accuracy.
