Location: Mph-Cybercity Tower 4, Pune, IN
Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong Insurance Domain Knowledge, enabling them to provide exceptional support to our clients and ensure their needs are met effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support to customers regarding insurance products and services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective resolution of customer concerns.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources to enhance team knowledge and performance.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer support processes and service quality.


Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong Insurance Domain Knowledge, with a deep understanding of various insurance products and services.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

  • Proficient in customer service principles and practices, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support ticketing systems.

  • Experience in a customer support role within the insurance industry.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance sector.

  • Ability to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

  • Relevant certifications in insurance or customer service are a plus.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
