Job Title: TPRM Analyst / SA

Role & Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:
  • Support the implementation of TPRM frameworks, policies, and procedures related to IT outsourcing and third-party management.
  • Review and analyze documentation related to third-party arrangements to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal standards.
  • Identify and assess potential risks and control gaps in third-party IT environments, recommending appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective risk management and ongoing compliance.
  • Monitor and stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to TPRM, IT controls, and technology risk management.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and assessment summaries highlighting TPRM findings, risks, and remediation progress.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT control processes and risk assessment methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in risk management, IT controls, cybersecurity, or third-party management.
  • Knowledge of MAS regulations related to TPRM and Technology Risk Management understanding of other APAC regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with IT control frameworks and audit methodologies (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST).
  • CISA or CRISC certifications preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a can-do attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
