Job Description:

We are looking for a Functional Consultant specializing in TPH (Transaction Processing Hub) to support business process design, solution implementation, and functional optimization. The consultant will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that TPH solutions align with organizational goals and deliver maximum value.

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to transaction processing and financial operations.

• Translate functional needs into system configurations and workflows within TPH and prepare the Functional Specification Document.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of TPH with AA, IRIS, and other enterprise applications.

• Conduct functional testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.

• Experience in handling the PLW sessions for TPH functionalities, advising stakeholders on best practices.
