Role Description The TPA Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The TPA Executive will handle coordination with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance companies, including verification and processing of patient insurance claims and documentation. The role involves maintaining accurate records, following up on approvals and reimbursements, and ensuring compliance with hospital and insurer policies. The TPA Executive will communicate regularly with patients, relatives, TPAs, and internal departments to clarify coverage, resolve issues, and support smooth admission and discharge processes. The position also includes preparing periodic reports, monitoring claim status, and supporting continuous improvement of billing and insurance workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of health insurance, TPA processes, and hospital billing procedures.
- Proficiency in documentation, data entry, and basic computer applications (MS Office, hospital information systems).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, TPAs, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple cases, and strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in hospital billing, TPA desk, or medical claims processing is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff.
- Educational background in healthcare administration, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
