Requirements
- Degree holder in Urban Studies, Urban Planning, Real Estate or related discipline;
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in town planning or related field (Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role Town Planning Graduate);
- Familiarity with the statutory planning system and other statutory procedures and regulations in Hong Kong;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Assist in submitting and handling S.12A, S.16, S.16A and S.17 Applications;
- Assist in conducting site appraisal, planning research, and feasibility studies to identify sites for potential development;
- Assist in submitting and handling STW, STT, land grant, land exchange applications and other land-related matters; and
- Assist in liaising and coordinating with other built environment professionals, consultants and Government bodies on planning and land-related projects.
